Located at 110 Sengkang East Way, SKH opened in August 2018 and is part of Singapore’s master plan to deliver accessible, quality healthcare to residents in Sengkang, Punggol, Hougang, and Pasir Ris. It is co-located with Sengkang Community Hospital, forming an integrated campus that supports seamless transitions from acute care to rehabilitation.
